They will be primary responsible for acting as an Executive Assistant to key Leadership team members, including but not limited to calendar management, email support, and ad hoc projects.
In addition to those responsibilities, this person will also provide support to the admin team.
Responsibilities Lives in the now.
Manages the day-to-day administrative tasks for key Leadership team members.
Manage key Leadership team members' e-mail accounts and calendar scheduling/appointments.
Assist with prosect/client and vendor communications.
Assists with maintenance/data entry for key company software.
(BuilderTrend, Ninetyio, Trainual, etc.
) Conducts research on topics or initiatives.
Understands and maintains the privilege and burden of confidential information.
AD HOC Project work as assigned by Leadership.
Acts as eyes and ears for the Leadership team, make recommendations as needed.
Plans and organizes events such as meetings, conferences, training events, business dinners, etc.
Specialty gifts on behalf of the key Leadership Team Members.
May also act as a personal assistant for key Leadership team members.
Requirements Great phone and writing communication skills Experience with Microsoft office Ability to multitask and stay very organized Ability to drive projects autonomously with limited direction Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
