RN Manager, Perioperative Services SIGN ON BONUS

RN Manager of Perioperative Services is needed at a Well-Regarded Non-Profit Acute Care Community Hospital. This facility is a Level 111 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke, and Chest Pain Center for residents living in Geauga, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Lake, Portage and Trumbull counties in the snow belt / Northeast Ohio. The facility is part of a Large Hospital System and has direct access to Clinical and Research Centers of Excellence based in Cleveland.
The PeriOperative Unit includes three units - the main Operating Room, PACU and Sterile Processing Department. The PeriOperative Services Nurse Manager is responsible for about 60 FTE's has 4 Direct Reports. The RN Nurse Manager must have a specialized career path in the Operating Room and / or PACU.
Requirements:
Must have 5 years progressive clinical and management experience
Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrates skills in human relations, human and material resource management.
Evidence of ability to provide exceptional clinical and administrative nursing leadership.
Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies.
PC an computer applications.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master's degree is preferred or as required by State Regulatory Agencies
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
