Founded in 1952 and beginning formal operations in 1959, University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center is a 225-bed, non-profit acute care facility providing a full range of services to residents in Geauga, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Lake, Portage and Trumbull counties in Northeast Ohio. Position Summary/Essential Duties:
Performs daily food service related duties necessary to meet customer/patient feeding deadlines.
Maintains a neat, clean and sanitary work area appropriate for food and service ware handling.
Uses department equipment in a safe, efficient and confident manner.
Follows departmental policies related to patient safety.
Stays current with training requirements and safety in-services.
Serves internal and external customer needs promptly, accurately and politely utilizing department and University Hospitals service standards.
Ability to work in advanced skill areas such as diet office and/or cashier.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1 year dietary experience required.
Previous experience working with customers preferred.
Previous cash handling preferred.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
Receives direction well.
Guest relation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Time management skills.
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand, reach, stoop up to 8 hours at a time.

Education Requirements:

High school required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
