Office Assistant

Historical Niche Market Auto Company in Chardon, OH is seeking an Office Assistant for Invoicing and General Office First shift, Monday through Thursday 8AM - 5:30 PM and Friday from 8 a. m. to noon Temp-to-hire position $14. 00 to $16. 00 based on experience
Duties include: Creating/updating customer invoices Answering phones Ordering office supplies as needed Light shipping Any other general office duties assigned
Requirements include:
Knowledge of Excel & Quick Books is Required Strong attention to detail and able to closely follow directions Ability to work with little supervision Ability to work closely with owner to approve invoices- must be extremely organized, detail oriented and patient

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
